Yes, I am resident.
I stayed on September 14th, 19th, and the rent was 600,000 a day. There was no private hot spring shiru and no sea,
The breakfast is just like Biz Hotel Instant and everything in the bathroom is small and not too expensive.
The price of the room seems to fluctuate in the season. If today (2020/02/18), there is a room even at 22,000 yen. However, in the season when many people went to Okinawa, it may be inevitable to increase the room price.
Don’t be fooled by the photos. They only have one hall that includes the amenities and hotel room shown on the photos of the website. This place is outdated. Smells moldy in the rooms and chipped wooden cabinets. Why do they have a 4 star review??

平日はあまり多くなかったようです。 午前9時は朝食の時間だったので大衆浴は混んでなかったようで夕方時間には人が多かったようです。
